I had tried a number of online ski training programmes over the years, with varying success. Snowfit’s programme is by far the best I’ve ever used. The circuit and exercise are really ski-specific and made a significant improvement in my performance on the slopes. There is a real difference between being generally fit (as I thought I was) and being ski-fit, based on exercises that really push you to use the muscles that work the hardest when skiing. I highly recommend this programme.

I have just returned from a three week trip to France where I enjoyed 14 days off piste skiing with guides and a few days resort skiing on piste. The off piste skiing was at times demanding and I was sometimes out of my comfort zone, however, thanks to Matt's training regime my ski fitness was never in doubt. I was able to ski long runs without stopping and my recovery between runs was swift. I have been training with Matt for over two years and there have been incremental improvements in my ski fitness each season. This means I can really enjoy my skiing and as a result I am continuing to improve and refine my technique. Thanks Matt and keep up the good work!
