The Green Program is our free entry-level program which should take around 45 minutes to complete. The green program consists of two strengthening exercises, a circuit and runs you through basic balance training. The program only requires body weight and has been designed to be done anywhere at any time.

This program is intended for those who are new to working out or have a low level of strength or fitness. It makes a great starting point however we recommend upgrading to our other programs for the best results
