SnowFITs online snowboarding and skiing exercises can be done at home or at the gym. Our skiing and snowboarding exercises have been designed specifically to get you fit for the slopes, no matter what your age or ability.

Qualified personal trainer and ski/snowboard instructor Matt Thomson, who founded SnowFIT in 2012, has designed these skiing and snowboarding exercise programs, ranging from exercises for skiing beginners to advanced exercises for skiing experts. Our programs have been named and graded to reflect the internationally recognized ski runs – green for beginners, blue for intermediates and black for advanced skiers and snowboarders. That means they are appropriate for all skiers – no matter if you’re located in New Zealand, Australia, Canada or the USA. They are also suitable for all ages – our clients range in age from as young as 10 years to skiers and snowboarders in their 70s. 

All our skiing and snowboarding exercise programmes are designed to optimise your fitness specifically for the slopes. Consequently, a key area of focus is knee exercises for snowboarding as well as skiing to help reduce the risk of injury and the disappointment of cutting your ski season short.
